@scottjwillis even though none of the new attackers shone this year, joão pedro is the only attacker who moved last summer and arsenal feasibly could’ve got that i’m jealous of.
In terms of defensive signings #AFC seems to be a look for a starting level RB and a young high potential left sided defender
Mbemba / Valdepeñas looks to be the left sided options and Fresneda / Livramento at RB
Arsenal seem to have three main attacking combos based on links from @TheAthleticFC
Alvarez and Mika Godts / Kroupi and Rogers / Kroupi and Barcola
Alvarez seems to be Arteta’s favourite, but seems unlikely hence the other two options
@mixedknuts it seems like an attempt to improve their reputation as a club when selling, so potentially could make an example of him to signal that to other clubs
🚨 Arsenal demanding up to £20m for Gabriel Jesus this summer. Enquiries from multiple clubs for 29yo striker & quoted £18-20m. Brazilian can go as free agent when contract expires in June 2027 but #AFC not considering cheap sale before then @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/HDBY9rNFF6
@LyesBouzidi10@Amad872238 cheaper wages, longer deal so u can spread the cost over the years, and you get another contract cycle out of a just turned 25 year old compared to a soon to be 29 year old
@LyesBouzidi10 i think it’s more the state of the prem. it’s so difficult for attackers to get anything going in england. he’ll look great in la liga and CL in my opinion. just like diaz did
