That ball definitely hit the wire, multiple people in the stadium immediately reacted, and it clearly affected its trajectory.
Berge should’ve also had a penalty awarded.

Goal not disallowed after hitting cable.
Constant diving from England being rewarded.
Most minor 50/50 calls went englands way.
