@ProjectLincoln Trump imposed EXPORT tariffs on 2 US tech companies on sales in China. According to the FT, Nvidia and AMD will pay the US 15% tariffs on sales of AI chips to China. This was preconditioned for obtaining export licenses to the Chinese market, issued to the companies last week.
