- work no more than 8hrs a day
- sleep 8hrs
- the remaining 8hrs are for eating, shitting & socialising
- get a hobby that keeps you fit
- a second hobby that earns you money
- do a house ‘reset’ every Sunday (food shop, clean, laundry & meal prep for the week)
