@ToanPlays Diet wise you're much better off allowing yourself small treats here and there, this avoids having strong cravings, makes you less miserable with your diet and as long as you're consuming in moderation, you can still lose weight
@ToanPlays 800cal is way way too low, aim for 1600cal minimum, especially if you plan on exercising multiple times a week, you would lose weight but not in a healthy or maintainable way eating that little
