@Uber Moving my rideshares over to Lyft. Fairly certain, by process of elimination, that either my driver, or a flaw in the app, led to a card getting hacked. My attempts to even communicate this problem with you have led to a bunch of circular AI nonsense.
@enterprisecares I remain disappointed with Enterprise. It’s been three months and I’ve not heard a peep from the Damage Recovery Unit following an unfortunate accident. I’d like to see some paperwork so I can get things processed on my end and move on.
