@AirIndiaX What’s the point of acting after I’ve landed? Your staff said no meal because I didn’t select it during check-in. This isn’t about the money it’s about basic honesty with customers.
Paid for a meal inclusive ticket, but @AirIndiaX refused to serve a meal because I didn’t select it during check-in. If the fare includes a meal, how is this fair to the passenger? This feels misleading and borderline unethical.
