You can highlight the connections of a specific publication (by clicking it in the results table).
You can filter the network results by - key word in publication title/abstract - to highlight those publications in the title and filter the results table.
Use GeneList to search literature!
Add an addition to PubMed, Google and OpenAlex search links for each gene in your list!
eg. If you add 'Cancer' to 'Search Addition' panel, the PubMed link for MYC searches 'MYC Cancer' on PubMed.

7/7 In both comparisons there was up-regulation of pathways related to Inflammation, Transport, and Phosphorylation, and down-regulation of pathways related to DNA Damage Response and Cell Cycle implicating these pathways as being related to treatment resistance to CHOP. 🐾

6/7 The figure bellow shows biologically important genes and pathways differentially regulated between the 6-week timepoint and pre-treatment timepoint for the cluster group with longer PFS. Notably multi-drug-resistance gene ABCB1 was up-regulated after 6-weeks of CHOP.
6/6 Adding co-treatment of Doxorubicin and proteasome inhibitors to CHOP may be beneficial in treating canine lymphoma. Further research of proteasome inhibitors is needed in other canine lymphoma cell lines, primary cells, in vivo models and canine pharmacokinetic studies. 🐾

5/6 We found synergistic effects when combining proteasome inhibitor Bortezomib and CHOP agents Doxorubicin and Vincristine. In both cases the combination was more effective at inhibiting cell growth of canine lymphoma cell line CLBL-1 cells.
