I don’t think people realize how BIG SpaceX @Starlink V3 Satellites are when deployed.

When stowed inside Starship, they’re 7 m wide.

When deployed in Orbit, Starlink V3 Satellites have a 60 m (197 ft) wingspan, which is the same size as a Boeing 787’s wingspan. Huge.

Starship is designed to carry SIXTY of these.

Over 18 million pounds of thrust.

This is basically 79 Boeing 777s taking off at once.

A stunning view of Starship from the camera of a Starlink satellite!

The company confirmed that contact has been established with all 26 deployed satellites, which have a combined mass of approximately 50 tons.

🎥🚀 Je me suis amusé à corriger la distorsion optique de l’objectif grand-angle de la caméra du Starlink, qui déformait le Starship lorsqu’il arrivait en bord de champ à la fin de la vidéo. Le résultat est assez sympa ! 😍

Pluto's stunningly beautiful atmosphere is illuminated by thin layers of blue haze, backlit by the Sun, in this image taken by the New Horizons spacecraft. Captured shortly after closest approach in July 2015, the image reveals dozens of intricate layers of haze stretching more than 200 km above the surface.

Formed by the action of sunlight on methane and other molecules, these particles scatter light to create a soft blue glow, giving the distant dwarf planet one of the most unexpected and visually stunning atmospheres in the solar system.

Cosmic Scale: Saturn and Its Tiny Moon 🪐

In this striking image, the giant planet appears in all its majesty alongside icy Dione. Despite their apparent proximity in the frame, the moon—measuring just 1,123 km in diameter—is actually at a vast distance, highlighting the sheer scale of the gas giant and its famous ring system.
