bakit parang customers pa yung mali for questioning it when kayo naman yung may existing issues with delays? if you want the questions to stop, then be transparent. explain clearly why there’s a need for the ₱30 and where it goes.
and the response being “i’ll cancel your order immediately” after over a month of inconvenience just comes off the wrong way. after all the waiting and adjustments, customers ask questions and suddenly sila pa yung masama?
charging the customers an extra “handling fee” while all the orders are already delayed for over a month 😂
asking them to pay extra for “handling” when orders and shipments can’t even be handled efficiently in the first place is so funny kasi what is exactly being handled here?
