🚨Weigh in 26🚨
LOWEST WEIGH IN YET:
•290 pounds (ATH 530+ pounds)
•Blood sugar: A1C 5.4% (ATH 11.1%)
•Frank has lost 240+ pounds overall (and he is carrying 20-40 pounds of excess skin)
•Frank’s A1C plummeted from DEADLY 11.1% to REGULAR 5.4%
•Frank has maintained a sub-300 weight for 5 consecutive months with this month being his lowest
•Frank has reclaimed YEARS of life while inspiring countless others
Frank projected November to be a bad month but powered through the cold weather + Thanksgiving to deliver his best weigh in yet, averaging over 20K steps a day.
I have never been more proud.
The biggest challenge remains diet, but Frank is pushing himself to improve. One solution we’ve implemented is making sure he has a hearty lunch & dinner everyday to mitigate late night snacking. It’s a work in progress, but we are seeing early results.
This month, Frank is going to Idaho for Christmas, which will be anudder huge challenge. But Frank is up for the task, will FaceTime me on walks, and is determined to get through the trip without a setback.
This will be the last weigh in of 2025. I can’t express how impressive Frank’s determination & progress has been to witness firsthand. It has also been the most rewarding experience of our lives getting notes from fans who have been inspired by Frank and started walking too.
Thank you to everyone for the incredible support. We are just getting started.

I will not be making my wonderful southern cornbread today, due to the fact that the rest of my family are heathen yankees who think it ought to be yellow and have sugar in it.
I will make it tomorrow, just for myself, to go with the leftovers.
Jesus died for us
Was tortured for us
He is a gift to broken humans
He is a teacher for the lost
He suffered so we can be forgiven
Jesus is love
Jesus is LORD
