Quick SafeSend update:
The website will remain temporarily down while we make some updates, including updating the extension link.
We’re working on it and will bring everything back online as soon as possible.
Update on the SafeSend Transaction signing bug.
Some users were experiencing a error while trying to complete a transaction. We’ve identified the issue, pushed the fix, and submitted the updated extension for Google’s review.
Once Google approves the update, the new version will roll out.
Stay tuned We’re on it.
We’ve seen the allegations and the concerns around SafeSend.
We want to be clear: we’re here to build for the long term.
Every new product can face issues, especially early on, and we’re not going to hide from them. We’ll be transparent about problems, keep improving the technology, and continue shipping.
SafeSend is just getting started. We’re building for the long run, not for a quick exit.
A quick update on SafeSend:
Some users are currently experiencing performance issues with the extension due to our RPC infrastructure. This is only affecting a small group of users, and our team is already working on a fix.
If you’ve already deposited funds, don’t worry — your funds remain safe. SafeSend is still operational, and most users can continue sending normally.
We’ll keep improving the experience and appreciate everyone testing SafeSend and sharing feedback.
Traditional wallets have one major problem:
Send crypto to the wrong wallet, and your funds are usually gone.
SafeSend changes that.
With SafeSend, your transfer isn’t final until the recipient claims it. If you sent it to the wrong wallet or changed your mind, you can cancel the transfer and recover your funds as long as it hasn’t been claimed.
That’s the revolution we’re bringing to crypto transfers.
Send without the fear of one irreversible mistake.
What if sending crypto worked differently?
With SafeSend, funds can’t be claimed until the recipient accepts them. Made a mistake or sent to the wrong wallet? No worries if the transfer hasn’t been claimed, you can cancel it.
Your funds stay under your control until they’re claimed.
SafeSend
Send with confidence.
The best payment is the one you don’t have to think about twice.
No learning curve. No crypto vocabulary. No explanation of what’s happening under the hood.
The infrastructure can stay complicated.
Using it shouldn’t be.
We’ve seen that some users are facing issues with SafeSend.
We’ve uploaded a complete walkthrough showing the extension installation and how to use SafeSend step by step. I’ve also recorded the process myself so you can follow along and see exactly how it works.
Watch the video and give SafeSend a try.
@_hid33 Sorry for the inconvenience. We’ve opened our DMs. Kindly share the details of the error with us there, and we’ll look into it and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
Crypto payments still have a weird social problem.
Sending $50 is easy.
Asking someone to send you $50 is somehow still:
“Hey, can you send it to this address?”
0x7a9f…
Then another message with the amount.
Payment Requests fixed that in SafeSend.
One request. Everything they need to pay.
A wallet shouldn’t need your attention when nothing needs your attention.
No feeds. No streaks. No reason to keep you inside the app.
Open SafeSend when you need to move money.
Close it when you’re done.
That’s enough.
What if you send funds to the wrong wallet?
With SafeSend, your funds aren’t sent permanently until they’re claimed. You can cancel the transfer before it’s claimed and get your funds back.
The first wallet built with a claim-based sending system.
Send with SafeSend.
SafeSend gives you more control over how you move crypto.
• Direct transfers when you want instant settlement.
• Protected transfers when you want more flexibility.
• Payment Requests to let someone pay directly from their wallet.
This is just the beginning.
