$400M in annual supplier spend already runs through @usespaceflow (YC S26): AI employees that keep large enterprises supplied and margins protected, and prove every task they complete.
SAP runs most of the world's largest companies. The majority still run it on-premise, customized over twenty years, and that whole ecosystem got skipped by the AI wave.
The AI employees keep supply plans in line with real demand, prepare orders and the numbers behind every planning meeting, and read supplier quotes in any format, then stage each action for approval. The ERP stays the system of record. The models run wherever the data must live, including the company's own datacenter. Hundreds of users are in production daily, one customer cut off-contract spending by 42%, and already canceled three planned hires.
Under it all is one idea: AI got good at code because code can be checked. SpaceFlow makes enterprise work checkable the same way. Every completed task is scored against the company's own numbers and becomes an eval, so the AI keeps getting better at that specific company, and finance sees exactly what it saved.
Before YC, we built an autonomous procurement engine with a medical manufacturer and saw the gap firsthand. Our bet: the ERP world is the largest ecosystem in enterprise software, and whoever makes it workable for AI, and provable, wins the next decade.
We are now working with key players across the SAP ecosystem to bring this to the rest of it.
