home made seitan is cooked in a rich paste of ginger, galangal, toasted coconut, chili, lemongrass and shallot, then coconut milk is added to the whole thing and reduced.

when it's done we throw it in a toastie with smoked cheese, sweet potato and onion chutney :+)
nevertheless, we've defied nature herself and our tasty COLD BREW is now available. delicious on its own, or have it blended with another drink 🍹
