Chargé d’Affaires Courtney Austrian reflected on the extraordinary professionalism and selflessness demonstrated by firefighters, rescue workers, police officers, service members, medical personnel, and ordinary citizens.

Twenty-five years later, we remember September 11, and the courage and unity shown by the American people that day remain a powerful symbol of the resilience of the American spirit.
