@IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw am travelling by 12304, my seat is B1 51 upper berth, I requested seat no. 49 to close the seat so that all can sit comfortably but passengers of seat no. 49 are not agreeing, I also told the train TTE but he did not take any action.

@IRCTCofficial I prefer always lower berth & give preference always lower berth.i booked lower berth & got it but why upgrade my ticket & gave middle/upper berth?
