Before my shoulder surgery, #stroke was mentioned as a rare complication - I didn’t think much of it. I was healthy and passed every pre‑op test.
Still, 40 hrs later, I had a stroke.
Surgery can be an uncommon stroke risk. If something feels “off” afterward get help.
