@CitImmCanFR today is complete 3 months since my parents have applied their visit visa. there is absolutely no response or update. we filled few web queries but nothing other then generic response all our holidays are in jeopardy. there is no where to call anyone to get help. 😮‍���

how can the businesses like Temu or shein can afford to pay for return postage making customers pay nothing for international returns. whereas company like @SportsDirectUK charging £4.99 for domestic returns...bafling 🤯 downfall soon...

@SportsDirectUK how can you expect customers to pay for return??? due to size issues £4.99 for return. you have lost a customer who bought countless items in store for years. I'll make sure I inform as many friends/people possible of my experience.

never ordering from @SportsDirectUK ever again...I am regular customer of the store but online return delivery charges are ridiculous. you can't return in store.. I will make sure I warn all people I can. zero customer service...
