@SMC_24x7 @SMC_Srinagar The drainage system in Madina Colony, Bemina, Srinagar has remained choked for almost 7 days since the heavy rainfall that created a flood-like situation in the area. Despite the passage of several days, no relief or action has been taken by SMC Srinagar. Residents are facing severe inconvenience and unhygienic conditions.

Kindly look into the matter and ensure immediate clearance of the blocked drains. GPS-tagged photos attached.

Road repair work in Megdamize has been pending for the last 7 months after drainage work. Half the road was macadamized, while the other half is still incomplete.

This has become a serious safety issue — children are at risk of getting hit and vehicles are skidding daily.
