"Tired of going to the Supreme Court again and again, I don't feel there is any use of going to the Supreme Court, I have lost trust,"- Sr Adv Kapil Sibal.

If anybody can save the Constitution in these times, it is the Supreme Court of India. But I am tired of keeping on going to the Supreme Court. I am speaking for myself. I don't think there is any use of going there. I don't have much trust in the Supreme Court of India. Whatever has to happen, will happen."

"We told the Supreme Court many times that the voters' names are being wrongly deleted and wrongly included, we argued for months. The evidence is before the public. And the appellate tribunals now say 93% of the voters were wrongly removed. So the Supreme Court must have known. But no relief was given. I just sat in quite an unbelievable meeting with the President of India.

We presented our memorandum to her outlining PM Modi and HM Amit Shah’s gross subversion of India’s electoral system and seeking CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation. I was shocked that the President did not deny Vote Chori.

Instead, she asked us to bring her proof. We will bring her a mountain of it. The INDIA bloc will gladly submit every piece of evidence before her.

Delhi Police denied but RAF fired pellet gun at protesters on the directions of a Delhi Police officer, general diary entry at Parliament Street police station, accessed by The Hindu shows.
It says that to control the crowd during Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protest on July 20, “on the orders of the DCP,” the RAF Deputy Commandant fired 55 rounds of non- electrical shell, 15 rounds of electrical shell, five tear smoke granite, two rounds with plastic pellets from an anti-riot gun.

Firstly, congratulations to the RSS on completing 100 years.

An organisation that claims over 60,000 shakhas and crores of swayamsevaks must also uphold transparency and constitutional accountability.

As per RSS’ highest and most important decision making body Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha’s 2025–26 Karnataka report, the RSS has 4,127 daily shakhas, 1,389 weekly milans, 60 monthly mandalis, 2,194 Samajotsavas with 19.61 lakh participants and held 562 route marches with 2.21 lakh uniformed participants in the state.

With such scale and influence, the RSS must clarify its legal status, registration, office bearers, funding, expenditure, taxation and permissions for public activities.

If citizens, labour, NGOs, trusts, temples and companies are expected to register, disclose and comply with the law, why should the RSS remain exempt?

In its centenary year, the RSS must responsibly abide by the Constitution and register, disclose, pay applicable taxes and function transparently within the Constitution.

As suggested in my letter, I am looking forward to hearing from @RSSorg soon.

ಪ್ರಿಯ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್, ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಅದಮ್ಯವಾದ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಶೀಲತೆ, ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಚಾತುರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಸಂಶಾಯತೀತ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಯನ್ನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಸಹದ್ಯೋಗಿಯಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಸಮೀಪದಿಂದ ಗಮನಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲದರ ಸದುಪಯೋಗ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಆ���ಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾರೈಸುವೆ.

ಇಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ತಲಾವಾರು ಆದಾಯದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿರುವುದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಸಂಪತ್ತು, ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಅವಕಾಶಗಳ ಸಮಾನ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಉಳಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿ ಅನುಷ‍್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಸಂಗಾತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ಒಟ್ಟು ಎಂಟು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಒದಗಿಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಸಮೃದ್ಧ, ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ನನ್ನದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಬಂಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಳೆದೊಯ್ಯವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೆಗಲ ಮ��ಲಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಬದ್ದತೆ, ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಮುನ್ನೋಟ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ನನ್ನದು.

ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ಇಂದು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಅಭದ್ರತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೀತಿಗೊಳಗಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆ ಕೂಡಾ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆತಂಕಿತರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಮರ್ಥ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುವ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಯ ಪಥದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಿದೆ.

ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿ��ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋಲಬಹುದು, ಗೆಲ್ಲಬಹುದು. ಆದರೆ ಸೈದ್ಧಾಂತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಎಂದೂ ಸೋಲಬಾರದು. ಒಂದು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷ ಸೈದ್ಧಾಂತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸೋತರೆ ಆ ಪಕ್ಷ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗೆಲ್ಲಲಾಗದೆ ನಾಶವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಿದವನು ನಾನು.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಮಾತೃಸ್ವರೂಪಿಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಗತವೈಭವವನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಕೂಡಾ ��ಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಇಂತಹ ಸವಾಲಿನ ಅನೇಕ ಅಗ್ನಿದಿವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ದಾಟಿ ಬಂದಿರುವ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಾಗಲಿ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಬಲ ಈ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವನ್ನು ಸಫಲಗೊಳಿಸಲಿ.

ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹಿರಿಯರು ತ್ಯಾಗ-ಬಲಿದಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಸೌಹಾರ್ದ ಭಾರತವನ್ನು ಜಾತಿ-ಧರ್ಮಗಳ ಹೆಸರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಡೆದು ಹಾಕಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸಂವಿಧಾನವನ್ನೇ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವವರ ದಮನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರನ್ನು ಕ���ಂದವರು ಇಂದು ಗೋಡ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ಮೆರೆಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳಾದ ಸಮಾನತೆ, ಸೌಹಾರ್ದತೆ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾತ್ಯತೀತತೆಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನೇ ತನ್ನ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿರುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಸೈದ್ಧಾಂತಿಕವಾಗಿ ತಳಮಟ್ಟದಿಂದಲೇ ಗಟ್ಟಿಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗುವುದೇ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಲು ನಮಗೆ ಇರುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸರಿಯಾದ ದಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ದೇಶದ ಏಕತೆ, ಸಮಗ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಲು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಲು ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾಲಘಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡೀ ಶಾಸಕಾಂಗ ಪಕ್ಷ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಏಳುಕೋಟಿ ಜನತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
