Muhammad Usman Tariq Butt has been appointed as the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for Investigation in the Islamabad Capital Police. He holds an LLM degree from the University of Lahore and has earned a Masters in Criminology and a Masters in Security Studies from the University of Punjab.

He joined the Police Service of Pakistan in 2013 through the Central Superior Services (CSS) exams and has received comprehensive professional training from both national and international institutions. With a distinguished career in law enforcement, he has developed expertise in areas such as crime prevention, law and order management, mob control, criminal investigation, financial and digital crimes, and community policing.

Committed to serving the people of Islamabad, he brings a wealth of experience and a strong dedication to justice and public safety. We wish him continued success in his future endeavors.
