Early this am, at the 25th Precinct, USMS NY/NJ Regional Fugitive TF and NYPD SVU arrested child rapist Drequan Howard on the run since January 6th. Praising the effort, US Marshal Ralph Sozio said, "It is especially satisfying when we can bring closure to the victim’s family."

On Sept. 26 Mexican authorities, assisted by the USMS NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force and the DEA , located and captured Felix Herrera Garcia, wanted for narcotics offenses resulting in the death of a child and fentanyl poisoning of four in a Bronx Daycare facility on 9/15.

SDNY and EDNY, joined by NJ, CT, DC and TOD ran in the annual Tunnel to Towers 5K run this past Sunday. Other agencies joining were the Secret Service, ATF, Homeland Security, Diplomatic Security Service, US Probation and Pre Trial Services. Fun was had by all for a great cause!
