@DaniDeMarco@diamondsdayy@SourceDuMal Eh, I'm used to lying to my parents, been doing it since I was a kid. Now it's just for their benefit instead of my own.
@wuzLeft4Bread@deadendcyber@radfemsiren I was the blocking sometimes when I was younger
In those cases my attractive friend said beforehand "I do NOT want to go home with anyone, if I get drunk and act interested please stop me okay?"
And then *I* got drunk too and so my attempts to help her became a bit over the top
@the_moral_abc Try various things until you figure out what works for you
- Do stuff before work instead of after
- Caffeine/creatine abuse
- Power nap right after work
- if you work a sedentary job, see if you can get a standing desk or something
@smeerp@shaggysurvives Yup I started thinking before I spoke but that takes time and so I was unable to really participate in casual conversations anymore
Then they were like "why are you avoiding social interactions"
@MewtwoNega@douwuata Neurotypical people aren't actually able to trick themselves into believing they can't just have the cookie now, but they enjoy it more if it's "earned"
@maaoww3@WyandotteWitch Sometimes it's just annoying having two of everything in the kitchen especially if there's limited space, so it's better to share stuff
@buddie_maxxer Tbf it can be both, like Buck was neglected but the way he reacted was influenced by ADHD
Cameron and Connor don't seem emotionally negligent but they definitely seem less attentive than they should be. "He opened the door on the freeway" That's on you for not using child locks
