By legal definition, he did not commit murder. You must intend to end a life for it to be murder. He went and asked was the twin going to be okay. I also think the family is saving the $600K in GoFundMe donations for an appeal with a paid lawyer. I’m local and I knew they were going to convict him. Collin County ain’t no joke when it comes to their own.

To prove murder you have to prove intent. There was nothing presented in this trail that prove that kid intended on murdering anyone!
