🚨 Texas pastor charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14.

George Finney, 52, senior pastor of New Life Kenefick Church in Liberty County, has been charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14, indecency with a child by exposure, and assault of a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation.

The charges stem from alleged abuse that began in January 2024. Finney was arrested on June 29, 2026, and his bond was set at $50,000 per charge.
The church has relieved him of his duties and stated they are cooperating with law enforcement.
