Chief, thank you for all you do.
However, over 200 house officers have not received a dime from the arrears paid.
Please help us confirm what went wrong.
We trust your continuous efforts towards the betterment and of Nigerian doctors.
Thank you
This is what operating under extreme pressure looks like.
Surgeons at Kumamoto General Hospital in Japan were mid-operation when a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck on the 28th of July.
You can see the anaesthetised patient and equipment in the operating theatre swaying violently, but despite this, the surgical team held the patient steady and kept their calm.
All 4 scheduled operations were completed safely with zero injuries to patients or staff. Serious kudos to their composure and dedication 👏🙇🏻♂️
It’s actually so easy to see why Spain will always beat this France.
France are at their most dangerous when games become transitional, chaotic and open. They thrive on individual moments, pace, and physical superiority. Spain deny them all of that.
Spain don’t just keep possession for the sake of it, they use possession as a defensive weapon. Every extra pass forces France to defend, every positional rotation drags their midfield out of shape, and every long sequence takes away the space Mbappe, Dembele and the rest need to attack in transition.
Rodri is the biggest reason. His ability to dictate tempo means France are constantly chasing shadows instead of dictating the game. Then you add the technical security of Pedri, Fabian Ruiz, Olmo and Yamal, and France are spending more time defending than attacking.
The other issue is France’s midfield. Against elite possession teams, they struggle to control matches because they lack a true metronome who can dictate rhythm for 90 minutes. Spain always have one, and usually more than one.
That’s why these games rarely become physical battles. Spain turn them into technical battles, and that’s exactly where France are uncomfortable.
Unless France find a way to consistently disrupt Spain’s build-up or become much cleaner in possession themselves, this matchup will continue to favour Spain more often than not. It isn’t about having better individual attackers, it’s about one team’s game model naturally cancelling out the other’s strengths.

Your nose isn't badly designed. You're running stereo smell and never noticed.
At any given moment one nostril is doing about 3x the breathing of the other. The dominant side swaps every few hours, driven by erectile tissue in your turbinates that swells on one side and drains on the other. It's called the nasal cycle, and every mammal has it.
Here's why that matters. In 1999 Stanford neuroscientist Noam Sobel proved each nostril smells the world differently. The high-airflow side picks up odor molecules that absorb slowly. The low-airflow side grabs the ones that absorb fast. Two different chemical snapshots, sent to your brain at the same time, on every sniff.
One big hole gives you one airflow rate. One snapshot. A narrower range of smells.
It also kills the recovery loop. While one side works, the resting side re-humidifies, clears mucus, and lets the tissue de-swell. Merge them and there's no off-duty nostril to recover.
And you'd lose direction. Your brain figures out where a smell is coming from by comparing the two sides, the same way two ears give you stereo hearing. One hole, no triangulation.
Bigger airflow would cost you smell range, a self-cleaning cycle, and your sense of direction. The two-hole nose is doing far more work than the question gives it credit for.
