@jal_kukdi @IndiGo6E So just to update everyone who’s trying to cancel and get full refund- this won’t happen online. We should call indigo customer care toll free and only they can do it. I waited for over 45 mins online and finally got to an agent and he cancelled my booking without penalty

@IndiGo6E I paid 17K/- for a round trip and i want to cancel my onward of tomorrow giving you a benefit of doubt about my scheduled return flight for Monday and hence leaving it as it is. My onward fare was 10K/- and you are taking 9K/- from that?? What zero cancellation then??

@IndiGo6E Am trying to cancel my flexi ticket of tomorrow morning as Chennai airport is apparently closed. And it still is charging me Rs. 9600/- for cancellation as against my round trip payment of Rs. 17k. Why are you doing this when you say waiver of cancellation charges??

At this point I’m genuinely questioning whether banks even know how to handle basic processes. I closed my corporate account with ICICI a month ago, yet my OD account is still stuck in a frozen state.

1.Cancel the Bank Guarantee
2.Release the FD
3.Close the OD account
Done.
Instead, it has turned into an operational maze with no one accountable.
