It's concerning to know @JioMart delivery persons are canceling orders due to insufficient compensation, as seen with #Ola/Uber Someone at @reliancejio please look into this and ensure your delivery partners are fairly compensated for their hard work and customers are serviced
I have lost trust in your card/app/service after not receiving refund of merely ₹26.53 even after chasing your customer support since November. Your service failed to generate my statement. Needless to say the app/service has lots of glitches.

There is no refund/replacement policy on swiggy instamart? I requested for refund/replacement and the team says we cannot process it. Have also provided enough evidence of damaged product
