Same is the case with me, CSir has deliberately disqualified deserving candidates by giving them marks below minimum threshold.
I required just 45 marks out of 150 to clear the cutoff but they have disqualified me.

UPSC was known for the quality and inclusivity of its papers, but this year's paper has let that notion down. Limits have to be there and an exam should be conducted within the prescribed syllabus only
