The final decision on E10/20/30 or any regarding to fuel should be taken by Petroleum minister only.

Please don’t issue a number to someone else if recharge is not done for a few months.

Mobile number is directly linked for OTPs in banks, wallets, aadhar card, and other sensitive places.

Stop the incoming and whenever they want to re-use the number, ask for a one time fee of ₹1000.

But do not issue it to someone else. This can trigger frauds and scams towards poor people.
