What is SB8 and what can we do about it?

Senate Bill 8 (SB8) was passed in Texas on September 1st, 2021, and it is one of the most extreme abortion bans we’ve ever seen. It bans abortion at approximately 6 weeks with no exceptions.

However, abortion is still legal in all 50 states and we are fighting to keep it that way. Resources are always available through Planned Parenthood and local organizations. We are here to provide support and answer any questions!
