Is it to much to ask for you to send me a bill based upon an accurate meter reading and not an estimate. I have called on multiple occasions requesting the same. It is unfair to levy late charges and send threating letters when you have NOT SENT the correct bill

I am on the same boat. @OVOEnergy . They persist to refuse to apply the actual meter reading to my account. I was speaking to their accounts team and they disconnected the call. Called back again to be told they are closed opening times are 8am to 6pm. I called @ 5.10pm. Joke
