@AirCanada I sent the details - and I got a reply from Sam and her response was less than satisfactory. My boyfriend and I will deftly avoid Air Canada in the future. Your customer service is subpar at best.

Worst experience with @AirCanada. Flight AC015 was over an hour late leaving Pearson, which caused several people to miss their connecting flights. AC didn’t care. So I’m spending day one of my vacation stranded in Hong Kong. Thanks! I’ll never book with them ever again.

@AirCanada I don’t think you understand how Air Canada’s tardiness affected our trip. A 20 hour trip from toronto to Phnom Penh has turned into a 44 hour trip.
