@RexDog57@sltrib How are you coming up with this idea of "pushing on children”? And considering how quickly you responded, I get the feeling you didn't actually do any research
Here's a good starting point:

@sltrib St. George has become a hub for some of the most bigoted and self-centered Utahns. If all it takes is a camera following a different perspective to make them look bad even when that isn't the point of the show perhaps they are the "baddies"
@RexDog57@sltrib If "normal" means "happens all the time" then drag shows are completely normal. They've been around for centuries. If you didn't know that, consider that maybe you've been cloistered and you are, in fact, the "abnormal" one.
@repetition87@sltrib 1. It's not thin
2. It's like 3 drops on your head and there isn't any rubbing
3. No one is going to hold you down and make you
Don't get me wrong; your religious trauma is real and there is unnecessary pressure to go to the temple which should be voluntary.
@ConSelfOwns But isn't the Right the party always concerned about the unemployment rate in the US 🤔
Or at least, they claim to be concerned.
Really they just do what benefits them.
@beahnboi @ShadowyWulf @ConSelfOwns There are two kinds of religious people: People who believe there is a spiritual precedent behind being a selfless and respectful person and people that want a trump card justifying their selfish actions. You'll find both in every religion.
