@RelianceDigital your service centre manager Mr. Sandeep Sharma is asking for Job Sheet from me (a customer) for @IndiaHaier refrigerator, do u provide any such thing to your customer.
Why can’t they take it directly from Haier reps Kamal/Roop ji, why are they afraid to ask them?

I purchased a Haier refrigerator, HRB-3752BNSA-P from Reliance Digital on 30/06/2026
Within one month of purchase, the refrigerator has stopped cooling completely
This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect

This is unacceptable and shows lack of accountability between the seller & manufacturer
When next day, complaint is registrd with Reliance Resq, they deny replacing it, stating that complaint was registrd on 30/07 & not 29/07/26

@IndiaHaier Thanks @IndiaHaier, the defect is in the PCB as diagnosed by your technician, he asked he can repair it as he has the part available with him but he won't do it as its purchased from Reliance Digital, but the PCB is not available with Reliance Rescue team
So, the consumer suffers

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, both the seller (Reliance Digital) and the manufacturer (Haier) are jointly responsible for resolving this issue.
I request immediate resolution in the form of:
Replacement of the defective refrigerator, or
Full refund of the amount.
