is not reachable, raised several tickets at app. No reply. PNR- C8PT7A got full refund(RS 2537.29+2708.87+ 4469+4251) But for PNR - V7L2FW got only Rs 3845 along with RS 2537.29+2708.87. So refund of Rs 4875 pending for PNR -V7L2FW. @MoCA_GoI

@MoCA_GoI @PaytmCheckin Several other @IndiGo6E PNR'S S7U7FW, D6BE8J,A3G7WS, M69Q5J,K2SBMV @goibibo @Cleartrip has also deducted convenience fee and Platform charges in tune of Rs 800+ in each PNR. My father 50th marriage anniversary program got cancelled.

You app showed cancelling instead of cancelled and i had to cancel with airline in 9th early morning and airline issued full refund. However you have initiated partial refund in App where as shows zero refund in whatsap
