The biggest covid risk to our country is from children going to school, spreading the virus & bringing it home. A complete failure by @BorisJohnson to recognise this & fully ventilate schools & urgently vaccinate our kids will once again lead to thousands of deaths #SafeEdForAll

Just so I'm clear. @educationgovuk advise, when staff absences occur, the teacher works from home, ANOTHER member of staff is needed to monitor, classes are crammed in together in poorly ventilated spaces, who may be at different points in a SoW? CRAZY #SafeEdForAll

People who refuse the vaccine just because someone told them they had to have it are, to me, acting like spoiled entitled children.

Honestly, doing the right thing because the science says so? It’s like rational human behaviour.

So bizarre to hear Nadhim Zahawi talking about vaccinating 12-15 year olds “at pace”.
That’s the exact opposite of what it’s been, which explains why only 45% of England’s 12-15s have even a single dose.
