Arguing with agent they shifted my delivery to next friday. Upon further discussion they told to pick the bike on Tuesday. Sounds fishy right that's why I cancel the booking. And now its been 5 days they haven't handed me the cheque of 5k nor giving me updates @RGovindarajan

Experience a super worst service by dealership named Royal Enfield Showroom - Auto Nation In gurgaon(122001). Neither they are worried about there customer nor they are helping me in process my refund.

On 5th nov I booked a bike in the auto nation confirmation of which came 10days later i.e. 15th which ideally is instant process.
Agent told the scheduled delivery of 23rd nov which upon reaching the showroom neither he was there nor my bike. @royalenfield

Recently I have returned a water purifier and when returning the deposit of the same there portal says money refunded which didn't actually come to my account.
There customer support is also poor.
