@futureeve16 I saw this on a Korean diet yt video and they said to trick ur body into thinking ur not in a deficit, like uv been in and have food to eat, and then start sticking back to your deficit routine I think she said 1-2days of eating whatev and then going back to deficit
My friends keep on asking me why they haven’t seen me eat lunch with them in such a long time…it’s not that I’m still waiting for the when did you get so small question from my closest friends
Is it performative ed if im telling myself to fast and then proceed to eat abit of snacks and then reaching 1k cal feeling horrible abt it and then i get the oh well mindset and repeat
