Transaction Initiation Flow • Sayswitch • 2023/4
This is the one flow I think about when I start hearing conversations around how a finance product can scale to new markets or its payment channels.
The gap between a $1 offer and a $100 offer isn’t effort. It’s packaging. One well-placed add-on changes everything.
This is why positioning beats commoditization. You’re not building a more expensive business by working harder but by understanding what people actually value.
When you purchase a novel from a bookstore, does it come without the author’s name, despite the fact that you paid a premium for it? Or can you take excerpts from the novel and make a profit from it? I guess you have your answer.

I need an app that can consolidate all my subscriptions and provide me with a monthly report of which ones I haven’t used in a while, so I can unsubscribe from those.
The biggest problem with robotics is the obsession with making robots look and act human. Let robots be robots. If they need ten legs and twelve arms, give them ten legs and twelve arms. The goal is efficiency, building machines that do what humans simply cannot.
