Dietary colonisation is the ultimate weapon of control. When we look at the changing physical stature of the people, we are looking at the visible architecture of a spiritual blockade. The system knew that to keep a people grounded in survival anxiety, they had to starve the bone marrow. They replaced the ancient, sun-drenched grains that fed our neuromelanin and expanded our nervous system with a hollow, high-starch diet. This systematic nutritional starvation did not rewrite our DNA, but it dimmed our physical fire. It forced the body to shrink its physical vessel to conserve energy, quietening the rising current of Kundalini and keeping a nation fighting for basic survival rather than standing in its true, cosmic height.🌾🍃🫶🏽
