Why Northern Elders Turned Their Back On Nasir El-rufai – Shehu Mahdi

Elder Mahdi Shehu has laid out the reasons why northern elders are keeping their distance from former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai.

According to him, during the 2023 presidential campaign, El-Rufai had the audacity to criticize northern elders for opposing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s candidacy. He went so far as to claim that there were no elders in the North. How charming.

El-Rufai even dared the elders to run for office and win, which Shehu took as a direct insult. Fast forward to now, and things have flipped. El-Rufai is reportedly looking for assistance, while the same political machine he backed has turned against him.

Shehu made it clear: “We, the northern elders, are not going to lift a finger for El-Rufai. Let him face the consequences of his actions.”

IBRAHIM KABIR MASARI ARRIVES KATSINA FOR CONDOLENCE VISITS, POLITICAL ENGAGEMENTS

[khalifa aminu @inventorkhalifa]

I created an AI Smart Glass to help blind people walk without a cane or a guide 👓
But this is not like the smart glasses people are used to seeing

Because this Glass combines AI, sensors, and GPS to help the user detect things in front of them, avoid obstacles, and know their location

But the most amazing thing is if the user gets lost, the GPS tracking system can help locate where they are from anywhere, and then send the location to the phone of the person taking care of them via WhatsApp or Email 📲

And now I am further developing it to a new level of AI + Voice, so it can speak with the user and also help them understand their surroundings

I have put the video showing how it works completely in the comment. 🎥

🔐 Update on the Upcoming Verification Process

We know many of you are looking forward to verification - and we’re stepping closer to that moment.

This process is designed to be structured, transparent, and fair, ensuring every qualified Human Node moves forward with clarity. Here’s how the flow will work:

Phase 1: Matching
You begin by tapping “Match Curator.”
An anonymous list will appear, and you can choose a curator to match with.
After selecting, you enter the matching state and wait to be successfully picked. Once picked, your application advances to the submission stage.

Phase 2: Submission
When it’s your turn, a strict 24-hour countdown will start.
You must complete and submit your documents within this time. Missing the deadline may move you to a later pool, delaying your progress.
There are 3 submission levels. After completing all required steps, you press Submit, and your status changes to In Review.

Phase 3: Verification Process
This is the last stage - your application will be reviewed carefully.
This process is more than a technical update - it’s a defining milestone before full verification rollout.

Prepare early. Understand each phase.
Be ready when your turn comes!

Ademola Adeleke’s elections are a clear reminder that in politics, money, influence, relationships, and strong backing can make a significant difference, especially when the odds are stacked against you. Without the financial resources, support, influence, and backing of Davido and the entire Adeleke family, the story could have been very different, and they could easily have been pushed aside.

Congratulations to the Adeleke family. 🎉👏
