@KESCoHQ @UPPCLLKO Extremely disappointed with @KESCoHQ. Fortunately, I called to check my complaint status; otherwise, I would never have known it had been closed without any resolution. No one visited or inspected the issue, yet it was marked as resolved. Is this how every consumer is treated?
