Alpha Tau Medical Ltd. $DRTS, an Israeli clinical stage oncology medtech company valued at approximately $1.2 billion, has officially announced its intention to dual-list its ordinary shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Underlying Convertible Securities (Options & RSUs): ~36.7 Million

Approved Equity Incentive Plan Option Pool: ~12.9 Million

CEO Uzi Sofer highlighted the strategic alignment of returning to the local market, stating that growing interest from Israeli institutional investors around Alpha Tau's technological progress made the dual listing a natural evolution. The company expects the secondary listing to enhance trading liquidity, broaden its global investor base, and capitalize on the strong appetite for healthcare innovation within Israel's capital markets.
