@JagexJester Hi! Sorry to annoy you. I'm trying to contact you guys to see if I can get my UIM changed to a regular Ironman, I don't remember (at all) setting the "limited" option to lock my account as UIM forever.. I'm desperately trying to get this fixed as I really wish to play again..

@JustGeoffs @SmavOSRS @Skilledpirate @OldSchoolRS now im stuck with my UIM that can only become a GIM or UIM which I don't want to play. I'm upset bc some people had the privilage of having it changed regardless of if they selected permenant or not yet I can't..

@JustGeoffs @SmavOSRS @Skilledpirate @OldSchoolRS yep, unfortunately they added a limited and permenant option to not "accidentally" deiron or become an ironman if you're a UIM but this is stupid because it gives you 7 days to revert it anyway.

@JagexAsh Sorry again, I've just checked again and the option I have selected is Limited, not Permenant. Is the case still the same or is support able to do something about a "limited" account.
