@ShopKonga@kongatravelng@Kongatravel
I am disappointed with the service provided by Konga, as it has fallen short of acceptable standards. The persistent lack of response to calls and messages not only creates frustration but raises concerns about the company's integrity
@nepawahalang@aedcelectricity@thean999@PowerUpNG@NERCNG Thought I had explained. They gave me a bill without knowing I have a meter installed already. Despite absurd, the mistake is forgivable. Transferin it to my meter without verification was what pissed me off. Howeva, it's being worked on and I'll post results when they conclude
@aedcelectricity@nepawahalang@thean999@PowerUpNG@NERCNG For the simple fact that you keep calling it "debt" explains everything. Secondly, u cannot convey to me what I know already. How can one incur a debt when he has a meter. It's actually better when you don't say anything please
@aedcelectricity@thean999@PowerUpNG@NERCNG@nepawahalang But you can remotely issue fraudulent bills? Weldone!
Why can't you write to the area office? Do u even care to know the problem? Only God knows how many people you, as a company, has done this to
@thean999@PowerUpNG@aedcelectricity@NERCNG@nepawahalang It has not been resolved. @aedcelectricity , as a handle, denies responsibility. Their debt office, on the other hand, said the area office must have issued me bills without knowing I have a meter, and another staff transferred it to my meter without clearing first. Incredible!
@aedcelectricity For record purposes, Since 15/05/19, I applied for a meter. I have been verified by Adeosun Ojo Samson from Lugbe. However, I am yet to receive any mail, text or the meter itself. MAP has even asked me to provide proof of payment when I have not been asked to pay
