Please ensure your customer solutions team don't ignore this as well
@SamsungUK Thank you ill do that. If you have any internal feedback methods. Their failure to respond reflects negatively on a consumers experience of Samsung
@SamsungUK My last email received was on 12th December to which I raised some queries that have not been answerd. Please tell your solutions team to expect a court summons in the post in the new year Regards
