@KotakBankLtd @StanChartIN? Kotak emailed me saying I opted for a moratorium (Apr-Aug 2020), but Standard Chartered auto-debited June & July 2020 payments. I’ve paid 58 months of my 60-month loan—only Mar-Apr 2025 EMIs remain. Why am I being asked to pay till June 2025? @RBI

The funny part is, @KotakBankLtd @KotakCares called me, and I explained that I had completed 58 months of payments with only 2 months pending. Suddenly, says investigation closed.
