Guessing this camera has a default date in the firmware default settings of 2016/2/10. Probably been on for 15 minutes and 57 seconds as of the beginning of the video. This is what I've seen dashcams do. It looks like someone took it out of the box and slapped it on just for this call with no time to set it up.

I would think it would require a correlating establishing shot to have been admitted as evidence. Maybe the other cop's body cam.

I know companies use different systems but I have a strategy. Set video speed to 2x, enable transcripts and CC. Click through to the quizzes as fast as possible. Brutally skim, a second or two max per page. Then, choose the most woke, feel-good, or cautious options possible, particularly the ones that appeal to authority and don't involve personal judgment calls. Works for harassment, anti-phising / anti-social-engineering, ethics, etc. Basically, if you were raised amid brainwashed programming, you should already know the answers to almost everything.

I think that works if your company needs to check certain compliance boxes. If your company is overtly woke and actually believe this does some good, it might contract with a more strict compliance "supplier" and you get a much shittier experience.
