I raised a complaint over email (BR-202510237740) about incorrect billing. The meter was replaced, yet the latest bill shows the full previous amount + late fee.

@flyspicejet SG 2448 cancelled, I had the option to get refund or rebook another. I rebooked, I didn't get any confirmation mail, I got a message for initiating a refund. Now the CC is saying, rebook was successful. I had to cancel it for only half the amount. Horrible experience. PNR GIBG4U
